2025 Pricing Update – New Web Design Tiers and CMS Adjustments

As we continue to grow and serve churches across South Africa and beyond, we’ve listened to your feedback and evaluated the best ways to enhance our offerings. To better serve your ministry’s needs, we are introducing new web design tiers and updating our pricing for both websites and the Church Management System (CMS) starting 1st January 2025.

We understand that budgets are important, and we’ve worked hard to keep costs as low as possible, despite rising global IT and hosting expenses. With this update, we aim to provide more flexibility and value with tailored website packages that match your specific needs.

Why the Change?

  1. Three New Website Tiers: We’ve expanded our web design offerings to three distinct packages to provide more options that align with different ministry sizes and goals. Whether you need a simple, clean website or a fully custom solution with advanced functionality, we have the right fit for you.
  2. Rising Costs: The cost of IT services, including server hosting and general maintenance, has increased globally. We’ve absorbed these costs for as long as possible but now must adjust our pricing to ensure continued quality service.
  3. Church Management System Improvements: Our Church Management System (CMS) has received significant upgrades, and we’re adjusting our pricing to reflect these new features and functionalities, ensuring you get the most out of our platform.

Introducing Our 2025 Web Design Packages:

  1. Basic Package (R4,500)

    • Website Size: Up to 5 pages
    • Design: Basic, pre-designed templates with minor customisations (e.g., colors and fonts)
    • Functionality: Contact form, Events/Calendar section, Basic social media links, Google Maps integration
    • Support: 1 month of post-launch support for bug fixes
    • Revisions: Up to 3 revisions
    • Training: 1 hour of CMS training
    • Project Timeline: 4 weeks max
  2. Medium Package (R6,500)

    • Website Size: Up to 10 pages
    • Design: Semi-custom design with more unique layouts
    • Functionality: All features from the Basic package, plus Blog/News section, Advanced contact form (with file upload), Social media feeds, CMS integration for events and sermons, Newsletter sign-up, Google Analytics
    • Support: 2 months of post-launch support
    • Revisions: Up to 5 revisions
    • Training: 2 hours of CMS and SEO training
    • Project Timeline: 6 weeks max
    • Extras: Basic SEO setup (meta tags, basic keyword research)
  3. Premium Package (R7,500)

    • Website Size: Up to 15 pages
    • Design: Fully custom design tailored to your brand
    • Functionality: All features from Medium package, plus E-commerce, Advanced CMS, Member registration and login, Event management system, Online donations/payment gateway, Multi-language support
    • Support: 3 months of post-launch support
    • Revisions: Up to 10 revisions
    • Training: 2 hours of CMS, SEO, and e-commerce training
    • Project Timeline: 8 weeks max
    • Extras: Advanced SEO setup (detailed keyword research, content suggestions, sitemap)

Church Management System (CMS) Pricing Adjustments

We’re also updating the pricing for our Church Management System, which will now follow a tiered structure based on the size of your congregation. This change allows us to offer more value while ensuring you only pay for what your ministry needs. Detailed pricing will be included in your next invoice.
